The rules in brief
Form A must reach the practice within 10 weeks of the end of the work period, and contributions are due by the 7th of the following month. The employer contribution shown (14.38% including the admin levy) is paid by the practice, not deducted from your fee.
Figures use 2026/27 rates and are estimates for your records — always check the current PCSE guidance. This tool keeps no data and gives no financial advice.
